Returns & Exchanges

At Ella Mae, we want you to love every piece you purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
